Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly Package
DirectSignalFX.com is an ongoing monthly membership. If you cancel, your subscription remains active for the remainder of the time period for which you paid, but your subscription will no longer auto-renew at the end of that time period. Examples:

If you purchase a monthly subscription on September 1st and then cancel your subscription on September 15th, you can still view the signals until the end of September.

When your credit card has been charged, your order is non-refundable, and your subscription automatically renews until you decide to cancel.

If your credit card becomes invalid for any reason, we will notify you via email. From that point, you have 10 days to resolve the problem with your credit card before we try to charge your card again. If we still receive an error when trying to process your card, then we'll cancel your DirectSignalFX.com subscription and send you an email letting you know.

Monthly membership

Subscription service prices subject to change without notice. A cancellation that is not more than 24 hours past the monthly billing date (including holidays and weekends) will receive a refund of the last monthly charge. Payment gateway provider charges will be applied under you. Cancellation after 24 hours past the most recent monthly billing date (including holidays and weekends) will result in no subscription refund and the monthly plan will remain active until next billing date.
