    Before you subscribe with DirectSignalFX.com, please read this FAQ and the guidelines.

    1. How frequent the signal will be sent?
      The signal will be sent when the opportunities appear. Normally twice or three times daily. If the signal not match with our criterias, sometimes we are not sending the signal. This is to avoid False Signal.

    2. How reliable is the signal?
      Based on our trading record, the signal accuracy is up to 90%. Before sending the signals, we analys the market and integrate it with our indicators. the signals is not simply produce because we also use the same signals for trading.

    3. What technical analysis that DSFX used?
      Our EA will automatically calculate based on Pivot Point and also these indicators:

      • MACD
      • Stochastic
      • RSI (Relative Strength Index)-
    4. Does the signal sent on time?
      Yes, we will send the signal as real time as our indicators show the strength of the trend. Normally, it only takes 2 minutes to arrive on your mobile, worlwide. After receive the signal, you may put your pending order first and wait the entry point taken. Then, you are free to continue your daily routines.


    5. Do I need to be aware in front of my PC/laptop after put the Pending Order?
      No need. Lets us do the monitoring and market analysis. Any alert will be informed. (* For VIP and VVIP members only)


    6. Do I need to enter the market immediately after receive the signal?
      No need. Just put the pending order. It will achieve the entry point as soon as 10 minutes (normally).


    7. Why don't DSFX focused on higher range pairs? It could be 300 to 500 pips daily!
      We practice the concept of 'dont put all your eggs in one basket'. We acknowledge that certain pairs like GBP/GJY have higher average range and offer a lot of pips to be taken but we must consider that the loss chances is same. We only send when we strongly confident and when all indicators show the right signal, we will send to you. This is to avoid Margin Call and to optimum our profit.

    8. Why DSFX subscription fee is more cheaper?
      We acknowledge that many people are interested of doing Forex trading. This promostion package is offer to anybody from any country and there is time limit. We will increase the fee as we are not guarantee the price will be the same again in future. So, subscribe now and get the right solutions of your trading.

    9. Is there any delay of signal delivery?
      Yes, when sometimes the Telco is doing their maintenance activities. From our side, we always send the signal on time. When you experienced the delay, please inform us.

    10. Do I need to practice Good Risk Management?
      Yes, indeed. You should use not exceed 5% of you margin every time you enter the market. You should undertsand the leverage you choose. For leverage 1:100, use only 5% of your margin and for 1:200 to 1:300, use only 3% of your margin. So when you reach the Stop Loss, you only loss small amaunt and still have 95% of your margin for the next trade.

    11. Do subscriber can claim any losses or dameges of using DSFX signals?
      Our signal is not 100% guarantee as Forex market is high risk investment and volatile. You should consider that forex is not suitable for all investor. Please follow the Risk management Policy every time you trading. DirectSignalFX will not guarantee any profit and capital. DirectsignalFX also will not responsible of any loses, directly or indirectly. DirectSignalFX will not claim any of your profit as well.

    12. Does the signals only for intraday trade?
      Yes, we practice short term investment only. This is to achieve our investment target and to minimize the risk.

    13. How long the first signal will be sent after payment is made?
      You will receive the first signals within 24 hours after payment verification is done. If you still not receive the signal within a day trade, please email us at admin@directsignalfx.com

    14. How to make a payment?
      You may make a payment using PayPal, Bank Wire, online banking or credit card.

    15. How about if i need to make cancellation or refund?


      If you are paying through our Alertpay, Liberty Reserve or Maybank, you are entitle to refund the balance of unsend Signal on daily basis USD0.50 perday. Any cancellation should be informed to us to admin@directsignalfx.com 5 days before effective date.cNo refund after 24 hrs of subscription.

      For payment using credit card or Paypal, DirectSignalFX.com  is an ongoing monthly membership. No refund after 24 hrs of subscription. If you cancel, your subscription remains active for the remainder of the time period for which you paid, but your subscription will no longer auto-renew at the end of that time period.  Examples:

      If you purchase a monthly subscription on September 1st and then cancel your subscription on September 15th, you can still view the signals until the end of September.

      When your credit card has been charged, your order is non-refundable, and your subscription automatically renews until you decide to cancel.

      If your credit card becomes invalid for any reason, we will notify you via email. From that point, you have 10 days to resolve the problem with your credit card before we try to charge your card again. If we still receive an error when trying to process your card, then we'll cancel your DirectSignalFX.com  subscription and send you an email letting you know.
