DirectSignalFX.com’s policy applies to DirectSignalFX.com’s and its subsidiaries and affiliates (individually and collectively "DirectSignalFX.com", "us", "we", "our" or "affiliates"). This Privacy Notice applies to consumer relationships you may have with DirectSignalFX.com. It does not apply to business relationships.

products and services that you have requested or to provide you with information about products or services that may interest you. This, of course, is only with your permission.

To match you with the financial services best suited for you, we collect and use publicly available information, as well as nonpublic personal information, so that we can deliver better products and services to you and provide you with information about other products and services that might benefit you. Your right to opt out from sharing information with nonaffiliated third parties. If you prefer that we not disclose nonpublic personal information
about you to nonaffiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures, that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures
(other than disclosures permitted by law).
Information we disclose to service providers or joint marketing partners. We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to
companies that perform services on our behalf or to other financial institutions and nonaffiliated third parties with whom we have joint
marketing agreements. Your right to opt out does not apply to information we may disclose pursuant to this paragraph. Privacy Notices provided to
consumers who do not have the right to opt out may not have the Reply Form attached to the Notice.
How to tell us not to share this information with our corporate family. If you prefer that we not share this consumer report type information with
companies in our corporate family, you may direct us not to share this information by informing us and mailing it to the address provided. If you have products with
multiple DirectSignalFX.com affiliates, you may receive a Privacy Notice from each affiliate. Each affiliate may provide a different method of
opting out. Please make sure to contact each affiliate with which you have a relationship.
Note: We may share information about you with our affiliates as permitted by law. For example, corporate affiliates are permitted to share with each
other information about their respective transactions and experiences with you (such as your account balance and your payment practices) whether or
not you elect to opt out.
Keeping You Informed. This Privacy Notice is effective June 1, 2009. This Privacy Notice supersedes any previously issued Privacy Notice or Policy.
From time-to-time we may make changes to our Privacy Notice. We will notify you if we do so. |
